1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods, such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
We offer domestic shipping across the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: Available in select areas (additional fees apply)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Jurassic Magic is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Issues
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe:
- Check the tracking information for updates.
- Contact the carrier for detailed delivery status.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Jurassic Magic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info@jurassicmagic.xyz.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory reasons. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large equipment orders.
